Can I bring in a prescription from another Optician?
Yes, of course. Bring a copy of your latest prescription which can be obtained from the Optician that carried out your test. Based on your prescription and certain other measurements, we will make up your bespoke glasses or sunglasses in our own on site lab.
How long would I need to wait for my glasses?
We offer a same day service* as we have an on site lab - please ask in store for more details. If we have to order your lenses single vision prescriptions will be prepared within a week and bespoke varifocals lenses can take up to 2 weeks. If you need a quicker option please ask as there may be an express service available.
Can you fit new lenses in my existing frames?
Yes, we do offer a re-glaze service so you can keep your existing pair of glasses (or even as a backup pair). Our same day service* ensures that you will not be without your existing glasses for more than a couple of hours (subject to lens stock). Please ask in store for more details.
Do you sell glasses online?
We can process orders for glasses via telephone or email if you are not able to visit one of our stores. Please contact us for further information.
Are you regulated?
Yes, all of our Optometrists are regulated by the General Optical Council which is a register for professional Optical staff.
Do you accept NHS vouchers?
Yes, please ask us to check your eligibility if you are unsure.
