During these unprecedented times we have implemented multiple safety measures to ensure your visit to our store is as safe as possible.
All of our team will be wearing face masks in store and use hand sanitiser at regular intervals throughout the day. The store surfaces are cleaned regularly with anti viral spray between appointments.
Hand sanitiser is available to use in store as you enter the store.
Face masks are required to be worn in store. This is in line with the latest NHS England guidance issued to Opticians.
Face masks must be worn for the eye examination by all patients (including children) as close contact examination is required for the test. This is for the protection of yourself and our staff.
We encourage the recommended guidelines with regards to social distancing. To help this, we kindly ask that no more than one person accompany you to the store. Please call ahead if you would like to come in store and we can book you a designated time as we are restricted to no more than two customers at a time in store.
Feel free to try on as many glasses as you would like! All of our frames are UV sterilised between customers to ensure we continue to adhere to strict hygiene guidelines and advice by the College of Optometrists.
Before and after each appointment all the equipment is disinfected with hospital grade anti-bacterial wipes.
The optician will also be wearing full PPE including gloves, face mask, scrubs and a face shield (for close contact test).
Please feel free to email us for any further queries you may have regarding covid 19 precautions.
